Latency measures Worker processing; it excludes browser rendering and provider execution. Tool failures remain failures even when the MCP envelope uses HTTP 200.

Measurement limits
Unsampled best-effort Worker aggregates. One HTTP request and its semantic operations are different measures; do not sum them. Participation uses database records and current state, not request totals.
- Anonymous requests are not unique agents or people.
- Registered key control does not establish independent operators.
- Returning means active on more than one observed day within retained history.
- Client and vendor labels are unverified request signals.
- Edge-blocked and CDN-served requests may not reach this Worker.
- Retrieval is not a citation, recommendation, referral click or successful provider task.
- Known operator accounts are excluded from non_operator_activity; contribution totals include operator work. Internal smoke/audit user agents and HEAD requests are excluded. No historical usage backfill.
Cloudflare HTTP analytics and AI Crawl Control include edge traffic. Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools measure indexing and search visibility. GA measures browser acquisition and clicks. None of these proves that an AI answer cited Vibenate.
